Live racing at Arapahoe Park takes place between May and August. The track is a mile oval which has a 1,029 foot stretch to the finishing line after the final corner.
Throughout the year simulcast racing is shown four days a week. Admission to the race course is free, although there is a $3 charge at weekends, and children can enter free at all times. Programmes can be obtained for $2 each and parking at Arapahoe park is free of charge.
