The Penthouse Racebook is the site for simulcasting action, both thoroughbred and harness, every day and night! Offering a light menu along with daily specials, the Penthouse boasts over 114 carrels and 40 tables with TVs, a great bar, and plenty of room to spread out your handicapping materials.

The Clubhouse at Scioto Downs is the place to be! The Clubhouse offers not only fine dining, but a great view of the track and a television set on most tables. Host to hundreds of groups each racing season, the glass-enclosed, multi-tiered restaurant is the perfect for large or small groups.
Our casual outdoor Patio puts you as close to the action as you can get without climbing in a racebike! With a casual menu, the Patio is an inexpensive option for your group or family. Experience all the sights and sounds of harness racing while enjoying your night out!

Scioto Downs is located two miles south of Route 270 on Route 23 South (High Street). 270 is easily accessible from I-70 and I-71. Bus transportation to and from location can be prearranged through various tour and bus companies, along with dinner packages, handicapping seminars and/or hotel accommodations. Simulcasting will be closed begining January 6th 2008. Day and night simulcasting will resume Sunday, May 4th 2008 through October 13th 2008
