Raceway Park opens every day at 11.15am for simulcast broadcasting. Live racing is shown between April 12th and October 26th when it costs $2 for admission although parking is free of charge.
The five furlong track has a 700 foot final stretch after the last turn and the post time is usually 7.00pm. The track starts charging an hour before post time, so if you want to watch the action free of charge turn up before 6.00pm.
From the north: take I-75 south to the first exit in Ohio, exit 210 (Alexis Road). Turn right off the exit ramp onto Alexis, and travel approximately 3.8 miles to the intersection with Telegraph Road. (You will see our barns on your left before you reach Telegraph.) Take a left on Telegraph, and our entrance is approximately 200 yards on the left.
From the south: take I-75 north to exit 210, Alexis Road. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Alexis Road and travel approximately 3.8 miles to the intersection with Telegraph Road. (You will see our barns on your left before you reach Telegraph.) Take a left on Telegraph, and our entrance is approximately 200 yards on the left.
From the east: take the Ohio Turnpike west to the exit for Toledo and I-75. Travel north on I-75 to exit 210, Alexis Road. From the west: take the Ohio Turnpike east to the exit for Toledo and I-475/Route 23. Take I-475/Route 23 toward Toledo and Ann Arbor and when Route 23 and I-475 split continue on I-475 east. I-475 will terminate at I-75. Take I-75 north toward Detroit. Travel north on I-75 to exit 210, Alexis Road. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Alexis Road and travel approximately 3.8 miles to the intersection with Telegraph Road. (You will see our barns on your left before you reach Telegraph.)
