Northfield Park is home to a half mile dirt track with a home stretch of 440 feet with the capacity to have eight horses running in each race.
Live racing can be seen at the track all year round, as can live simulcast racing the post time for live acing is 7.00pm but the course opens earlier at midday for those who want to view the simulcast racing on offer. The course opens for live racing every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

From the North: Take I271 South to the Forbes Road exit and follow the signs. You will follow the marginal for about two miles, turn right on Alexander Rd and after about one-half mile, turn left onto Northfield Rd. the track is on the left, just south of the Ford Plant
From the West: Take I480 East to I271 South and follow the above directions. Forbes Road is the first exit you will come to. Or you can take I90 East to I271 South and follow the above directions.
From the East: Take the Ohio Turnpike to Exit 12 (Ohio Route 8) and head north. The track is about six miles away and will be on your right. You can also take Rte 422 West to I271 South and follow the directions from the north.
From the South: Take I77 or I71 to I271 North. Take I271 to the Ohio Route 8 exit and head north. The track is three miles north of the exit, on the right. From Akron or Canton, you can take Route 8 North right to our front door.
