Before we can issue you with a UseMyWallet code we will need the following documentation from you.
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- A valid form of photographic identification (Examples include: Passport, Driving licence, Armed forced ID).
- A copy of a utility bill or bank statement, showing your address, that is no more than 3 months old.
(Mobile phone bills can not be accepted)

Please include your Totebet account number when emailing.
We will then send your activation code and temporary username to the email address you provided when you opened your Totebet account*, along with instructions on how to activate your account.
*Please note: At this time there is a high demand for activations and a limited number of them which we can assign to customers
If you do not already hold an account with Totebet or your account has not been active in the last year it may take several days to provide you with activation details for UseMyWallet. We are increasing the number of available activations all the time, and aim to have every single customer who has requested an activation receive one.
When you have your activation code
Go to the activation link sent to you in your email.
If you require this re-sending please contact our support team using the form above.
- Username: YOUR_USERNAME
- Activation code: YOUR_LONG_ACTIVATION_CODE
- Click submit.
- Follow the instruction on screen.
- Fill in your personal information on the Use My Wallet website.
- Your country code is 001, and date of birth/date of driving licence must be entered in the format shown.
Check it is all correct, and that the address you supply is the billing address of the card you wish to use.
Once this is done, click submit.

- Log into your Ust My Wallet account using your username and password (created by you).
- Click ‘Payment Option’ then ‘Add Payment Option’. Click on the dropdown menu and select credit card. Click continue. Fill in your card details and click continue.
- Click ‘Money Deposits’ and select ‘Credit Card Deposit’ or "International Bank Transfer" . (Your card should appear at the bottom of the page). Click on it.
- Select an amount to deposit (you must enter your CVV code on this page too). If your deposit is successful, your QuickTender balance will have changed.

- Go to the "Funding" section of our website at the top.
- Click on the “Use My Wallet Deposit” picture (a new white window should appear)
- Enter your Totebet account number, PIN number, and amount you would like to deposit. (You must have funds in you QuickTender account)
- You will be redirected to QuickTender to confirm the deposit.
- If done correctly, your deposit will come through to us for processing which will only take a couple of minutes.
